1) Battery purchases are not refundable with the exception of other situations that will be evaluated on a "case to case" basis, subject to the sole discretion of CARSUKA.
2) In the event a purchase has been made in error e.g. wrong battery type / size, the customer can exchange for another battery by shipping the purchase battery back to CARSUKA. The shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
3) Battery exchanges may result in additional charges or rebates depending on the battery exchanged.
4) Products that are returned to CARSUKA for an exchange must be in an undamaged state in the original packing to eligible.
5) In the event that the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition , the customer is entitled to request for a refund in TWO (2) days after receipt.
6) In the case of a refund, the refunded amount will be transferred directly to the customer's designated bank account within THREE business days.
